Director of OEM

Duties: Develop unique manufacturing programs for each automotive/truck brand. Seek our undetected needs in manufacturing clientele, leading to the demand of corporate products. Partner with OEM Executives, Retail Dealer Network, and key dealership management teams. Analyze and direct the translation, adaptation, and standardization of operational metrics in the Mexican and Latin American markets for products, specifically operational manuals. Develop programs and expand product branch adaptable to Latin American market. Translate, adapt, and standardize the operational metrics in Mexican and Latin American markets for car dealerships and truck businesses. Some international travel required.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; 3 years’ consulting experience in Original Equipment Manufacturing.
